In Rocket League, players team up with friends or strangers to become the masters of the soccer pitch. Though, this game shakes up the usual humdrum formula by placing players behind the wheels of speedy, beautifully customized vehicles. After gaining massive popularity, Rocket League began incorporating more iconic vehicles based around pop-culture such as the Jurassic Park Jeep and matching Mario and Luigi cars. Gaining further traction, several e-sports teams have cultivated Rocket League-specific players for competitions and prizes.
Rocket League: Ultimate Edition is coming for PS4, Xbox One and Switch on Aug. 28 for North America. A full list of release dates can be found on the game’s website.
