Red Dead Online Weekly Update Offers Discounts & Double XP on Blood Money Contracts

Today, Rockstar Games reveled the newest weekly reset for Red Dead Online, which is set to include plenty of discounts and even some sweet double experience. We’ve compiled a list of everything players can expect from this week for your, straight from the press release, right down below.

  • New Discounts: 30% off all Kladruber Horses, Vests, Shirts, and Corsets, 40% off all Role Emotes, the Semi-Automatic Shotgun and Semi-Automatic Pistol, plus 50% off all Provisions and Consumables at the Butcher and General Store
  • Double XP on Blood Money Contracts, plus an Offer for 30% off an Ability Card Upgrade for completing any Contract in full (awarded within 72 hours), with an increased chance of discovering Capitale while committing Crimes
  • A Reward for a free Treasure Map for completing five Role Challenges between now and August 30 (awarded within 72 hours)
  • The Quick Draw Club No. 2 is still available with 25 Ranks of Rewards, and a Reward for The Halloween Pass 2 for free will be earned by players who purchase all four installments of The Quick Draw Club
  • Prime Gaming Benefits: Players who connect to Prime Gaming before August 30 will receive a Reward for a free Hat up to Rank 15, as well as Offers for 50% off the Rolling Block Rifle and 30% off select Camp Equipment from Wilderness Outfitters

Vendors across the Red Dead Online frontier are offering all sorts of discounts and sales this week, including 30% off all Kladruber Horses at the Stables, 40% off the Semi-Automatic Shotgun and Semi-Automatic Pistol at all Gunsmiths, half off all Provisions and Consumables at the Butcher and General Store, and more.

In other Red Dead Online news, the exclusive track from Grammy-nominated blues guitarist and vocalist Christone “Kingfish” Ingram is now available to stream on all major digital music services. Players will notice this artist from the first official trailer for Blood Money, as he is responsible for performing the song on the track, as well as also playing the man who sings it in-game, Bluewater John.
