Pokemon Masters Adds Team Rocket Trio Jessie, James, and Meowth

This article is over 4 years old and may contain outdated information

Jessie, James, and Meowth were just added to Pokemon GO not too long ago, and now, they’ve made their way to Pokemon Masters. The Team Rocket trio is part of an in-game event titled Double Trouble.

The event is actually already underway. It will be available to play from Jul. 8 all the way to Sep. 16, so you’ll have plenty of time to complete it.

Pokemon Masters’ Double Trouble will have players teaming up with the new sync pair of Jessie and Arbok, while James and Meowth make plenty of non-playable appearances.

Lucy and Seviper are also being added to the game as another new poisonous snake sync pair.

To participate in the event, players will need to have already completed Chapter 1 of the single player Main Story first.

Pokemon Masters Jessie James

Unfortunately, those of you who were looking forward to hearing the English voices for Jessie, James, and Meowth in Pokemon Masters will have to wait a bit longer for that.

The English voice recordings for the characters have been postponed due to COVID-19, but they’ll be added in at a later date.

This isn’t the first appearance of Team Rocket as a sync pair. The organization’s boss, Giovanni, became a sync pair alongside Mewtwo in a past event as well.
