Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis Gets New Screenshots Showing Dolls and Region Mag

Sega is continuing to provide new details and assets about its upcoming online RPG Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis.

We get to see new screenshots from the official community Twitter account Rappy.Commu with additional explanations in English from the western Phantasy Star Online account (sources: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6).

You can check them out below, showing the “Region Mag” and a couple of new “DOLL” enemies.

Activate it to give a boost to everyone on the ship!

We’ve heard that it may eventually ask for super rare items? What a picky eater! It’s pretty cute though~”

“We have more info on DOLLS, the enemies from PSO2: New Genesis. Here are “Pedas Sword” & “Pedas Gun”, they fight with weapons. Similar to the DOLLS we’ve already seen, it seems they turn red. Could this be a common trait amongst DOLLS?”

“This is “Goloron”!
We’ve heard this enemy is resistant to attacks from the front, so try attacking it from behind!

Apparently, there’s a way to defeat it from the front…

Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis will come for the same platforms as Phantasy Star Online 2 which in the west is (for now) Xbox and PC, while in Japan it will release for PS4, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
