In a post made to Twitter via the Nintendo of America account, the company teased that during their next Nindie showcase several unannounced indie titles for the Nintendo Switch would be revealed. No specifics were given on what these titles might be or who they are currently being developed by. The stream is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. PST on Aug. 28 and can be viewed through the company’s official website.

The tease is the latest indie-related news to the company, which in past months has made their support of indie titles for the Switch well known. In addition to a Nindie stream held on Aug. 20 for Gamescom detailing several current and future additions to the Nintendo eShop, the publisher has said they plan to release as many as 20 to 30 Indies per week on the Switch. This is likely due to the overwhelming success of indie titles on the console, with the Switch ports of titles like Blossom Tales and The Flame in the Flood vastly exceeding sales expectations.
