Another important tidbit of information to come out of the blog post is the fact that Early Access for Dreams is coming to an end, but if you’ve already purchased it, you’re still going to be able to play it. Here are the details:

“The last day you can purchase Early Access for Dreams will be December 7 at 3:59pm PST. Anyone who has purchased Early Access by this date will still be able to play Dreams after the 8th and will upgrade to the full version of Dreams when it launches for no extra cost.

There was no release date given for when the full version of Dreams will launch but the studio commented on how development has been going:

“At the studio, we’ve been collecting all the feedback, fixing the bugs and working to make the full version of Dreams the best experience for everyone — those who want to play, those who want to create and those who aspire to learn.

Some of that work includes adding a non-motion control scheme for the game, helping new players learn to create, more tutorials and how-to content for players of all skill levels, improving existing features like Community Jams, the Homespace and Imp Quests and adding more content, including our first piece of Mm story-telling in Dreams, Art’s Dream. We hope you’re going to love all of it and our Early Access players deserve a huge mega-thanks for joining us on this journey. “

Make sure to join Media Molecule on Jan. 26 on its Twitch channel to see the final results of the IMPY Awards.
