Kingdom Hearts III sold through to customers 610,000 units, which are equivalent to 79.32% of the initial shipment.

Even if over thirteen years have passed since the release of Kingdom Hearts II in Dec. 2005, there have been frequent remasters and other titles in the meanwhile. Media Create evaluates that the actions taken by Square Enix to avoid losing fans of the series were successful.

Speaking of Resident Evil 2, despite being a remake, it sold 253,000 copies, which is more than the initial sales of Resident Evil 7 Biohazard in Japan (187,000 copies).

Since 7 passed 400,000 copies including the discounted price version in its lifetime, Media Create believes that Resident Evil 2 will also benefit from long-term sales.
