Today, Steam announced that their limited time Halloween special Steam sale was live on their website. Advertised as a sale on “spooky titles,” running from Oct. 29 until Nov. 1. With games up to 80% off, this should give every Steam user the chance to add some Halloween-appropriate titles to their libraries at unbeatable prices.
The offerings are what you would expect from a Halloween themed Steam sale. The zombie shooter classic Left 4 Dead 2 can be purchased for $1.99, 80% off the standard asking price. BioShock Remastered has seen a 75% price reduction as well, going from $19.99 to $4.99 to commemorate the season.
And it’s not just some of the beloved classic horror games that have seen price drops for this Steam sale. More recent titles such as Vampyr and We Happy Few have both been discounted by 33% and 25% respectively.
The games on sale are organized into categories to make it easy to find what you’re looking for. VR Horror games get their own section, as do free to play horror games that are being advertised as part of this Steam sale.
