The trailer focuses on introducing one of the girls that will be included in the game, Peaky P-Key’s vocalist Kyouko Yamate, voiced by Aimi.

The video provides a look at the Live2D implementation that will power the story mode of the D4DJ Groovy Mix, providing its DJ girls with the familiar animation that fans of this kind of game are used to.

You can enjoy it below.

D4DJ Groovy Mix will be available in Japan for iOS and Android in fall 2020 and it’ll be (of course) free to play with optional microtransactions.

It’s part of a cross-media franchise that will also include anime and concerts.

At the moment there is no word of an English localization, but considering that it comes from the minds beghind the ultra-popular idol game BanG Dream!, I wouldn’t be surprised to see it come down the line.

If you’d like to see more, you can enjoy the original announcement with the first trailers.
