The last Season 6 event introduced crossplay to the game, so now is as good a time as any to try it out.

The Halloween event will run from Oct. 22 to Nov. 3, and it’ll have players competing in the King’s Canyon night map with a few twists.

The Shadow Royale LTM allows dead players to return as “Shadows” as long as one teammate remains alive. Shadows can use melee attacks, and even revive other teammates.

The event is also bringing back some old limited-time cosmetics while adding new items to the selection. You’ll need to complete the Fight or Fright challenges to earn those rewards.

Check out the trailer below to see a bit of what you can expect from this Halloween-themed Apex Legends event:

If you’re new to Apex Legends, you might be interested in the Champion Edition version of the game, coming in Season 7. It’s essentially a bundle that unlocks all characters, along with various cosmetics.
