The screenshots showcase one of the aircraft that will be playable in the game, the F-15C Eagle.

Interestingly, they were released in anticipation of a brand new series of trailers that will be released starting tonight at midnight Japan time. This means that for western gamers it will be still in the middle of “today.”

There will be fifteen Ace Combat 7 trailers in total and each will introduce one playable aircraft model from the game. The first is indeed the F-15C Eagle.

The full schedule is as follows:

  • Dec. 4
  • Dec. 6
  • Dec. 8
  • Dec. 11
  • Dec. 13
  • Dec. 15
  • Dec. 18
  • Dec. 20
  • Dec. 22
  • Jan. 8
  • Jan. 10
  • Jan. 12
  • Jan. 15
  • Jan. 17
  • Jan. 19

Interestingly, one trailer comes actually after Ace Combat 7’s release, which means that it’ll quite likely focus on DLC aircraft.

You can check out the gallery below. If you want to see more, you can also enjoy a previous trailer, and learn about the PlayStation VR missions included in the game.

Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown Launches in the west on Jan. 18, 2019 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. A PC version will follow on Feb. 1.
