Here’s how to heal your health in Spider-Man PS4 and carry on fighting crime.

As much of a bad-ass brawler that Spider-Man is, there’s going to come a time where he sustains more damage than you’d ideally want him to. Well, if you find yourself in a bit of a tight spot in combat, and need Spider-Man to heal, you may be wondering exactly what you need to do to have his health gauge start filling back up.

Your health bar, first and foremost, can be found in the top left-hand corner of the screen in Spider-Man PS4. Just below this, you’ll see a smaller gauge that fills up as you string together combos.

This is your Focus gauge, and this plays an important part in how to heal in Spider-Man PS4.

As you chain combos together, you’ll begin filling up your Focus gauge. If you need to start filling up your Focus gauge that little bit quicker, hold down Square when attacking an enemy to send them flying into the air.

Then, continue to press Square in order to perform an aerial combo. These will fill up your Focus gauge faster in Spider-Man PS4 than just a standard combo on the ground.

At any point, you can essentially drain your gauge and heal health in Spider-Man PS4 by pressing down on the d-pad to restore some health.

If you’ve only got a small bit of Focus, you’re only going to restore a small portion of your health bar, so keep this in mind. It’s also worth noting that the Focus gauge, when full, can be used to pull off a finisher move on an enemy, so you’ll need to decide whether you can hold out to use the finisher, or whether your health needs to take priority. We’ve recapped everything for you down below.

How to Heal in Spider-Man

  • You’ll need to fill your Focus Gauge. This can be done by stringing combos of moves together in combat.
  • Press down on the d-pad when you want to heal. The amount of health you restore will be determined by how much you filled up the Focus Gauge.

That’s all you need to know to heal your health in Spider-Man PS4. For more tips, tricks, and information in the game, be sure to check out our ever-expanding Spider-Man guide wiki.
