Is Spider-Man PS4 Coming to Xbox One?

Recommended Videos

Unveiled as a brand new exclusive title for the PS4, some folks might be wondering about Spider-Man PS4 coming to Xbox One. Insomniac Games has a lot of people incredibly excited. It brings everyone’s favorite neighborhood Spider-Man to our screens in a bigger and better way than we’ve seen in a any other video game that tried to thus far.

Unfortunately, this is one of those instances where Spider-Man PS4 is 100% exclusive to Sony’s system. The developer confirmed this, explaining that Sony is publishing the game, and as a result will only be bringing the game to the PS4.

This is, of course, disappointing news, but it’s worth keeping in mind that Marvel is looking to create a ‘Marvel Video Games Universe’ of sorts, and so there’s always the possibility we’ll see another superhero don the exclusivity cape for the Xbox One in the future.

For now, though, if you’re still intent on swinging around Manhattan in the game, you’ll need to splash the cash and pick up one of Sony’s systems. Or borrow your friend’s. That’s certainly a cheaper option! Or, you know, play one of the Marvel LEGO games.

That’s all you need to know regarding whether or not that Spider-Man is coming to the Xbox One. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, Microsoft gaming fans. Don’t web shoot the messenger, though.

If you’re looking to pick up a PS4 anyway, there are plenty of exclusives you’ve missed out on and should definitely check out by now anyway. Check out our list for the best PS4 exclusives over here.
