With the recent release of patch 5.1 in Final Fantasy XIV, there’s new content to grind out loot for, allowing players to inch closer to the level cap. However, since the loot drops are limited to one piece per week for the Copied Factory raid, you’d probably be interested to know what the weekly reset time is in FFXIV. Here’s what you need to know.
What the Weekly Reset Time Is in FFXIV
Just like most other live service games, FFXIV features a daily and weekly reset time so players won’t be able to just grind out all the tomestones and gear they need within a few days of playing.
The daily reset occurs everyday at 11 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, or 8 a.m. Pacific Standard Time. Everyday, you’ll be able to participate in the following activities and get rewards for them:
- Daily Roulette rewards
- Beast Tribe quest allowances
- Adventurer Squadron training allowances
- Frontline Duty rewards
The weekly reset occurs every Tuesday at 4 a.m Eastern Standard Time, or 1 a.m. Pacific Standard Time. Here are the activities that reset weekly:
- Challenge Log challenges
- Khloe’s Wondrous Tails journal
- Zhloe’s custom deliveries
- Fashion Report
- Current raid content (Copied Factory at the time of writing)
With patch 5.1, the Copied Factory raid drops are on a weekly lockout. However, the good news is that the Eden raid drops can now be farmed to your heart’s content, and you don’t have to wait for the reset to continue the grind. The only exception is the Blade of Antiquity item you get from the fourth tier of the Eden raid.
Every Tuesday at 4 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, or 1 a.m. Pacific Standard Time.
That’s all you need to know about what the daily and weekly reset times are in FFXIV. Be sure to search for Twinfinite for more tips and information on the game.
