One of the newest features added in Destiny 2: Shadowkeep is finishing moves. These are equipable finishers that can be executed on low-health enemies that have unique properties.

Performing a finishing move can be a risky endeavor that forces the player to choose risk versus reward when opting to do one.

For instance, performing a finisher may drop heavy ammo for you and your fireteam, but at the risk of making yourself vulnerable for a short time while executing the ability on an enemy.

However, granting ammo drops is not the only option players have with these newly equipped finishers.

How to Get More Finishing Moves in Destiny 2

Finishing moves can be obtained by visiting Tess Everis at the Eververse Store in the Tower, the main hub area of the game.

New finishing moves can be obtained via Silver, the paid currency in Destiny 2. Due to these finishing moves being cosmetic in nature, the Eververse store will rotate new ones in and out periodically, so check back often for more unique finishers.

Finishing moves are equipped much like emotes are, by going into the menu and selecting which one you prefer. Although the finishers themselves are cosmetic, the bonuses they award to the player are separate, meaning you can choose one that you like visually while still retaining the bonus you prefer.

In order to get Silver to purchase more Finishing Moves, you can either pay real money through the Xbox One, PlayStation, or Steam Store.

Purchasing more Silver at a one time will reward you with a bonus. For a quick conversion of real money to silver, see the list below:

  • 500 Silver – $5.00
  • 1100 Silver – $10.00
  • 2300 Silver – $20.00
  • 5800 Silver – $50.00

In summary, here is how you get more finishing moves in Destiny 2: Shadowkeep.

  1. Purchase Silver from your platform of choice’s marketplace

  2. Visit Tess Everis at the Eververse store

  3. Select which Finishing Move you prefer, purchase it using Silver (the paid currency) and equip it via the menu.
