The AC games have always been about expansive adventures full of things to do. Whether that be collectibles, towers to activate, or side quests, it’s only got deeper in Origins and Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. As you’d expect, Odyssey features a load of side quests that see you meet characters from all walks of life. In some of those side quests, you’ll be able to have a good time with those characters. If that sounds like something you’ll want to do, here is everything you need to know about how to romance in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey.

Who You Can Romance in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey

Thankfully, if you want to get some lovin’ in, it’s quite easy to see when you can. Whenever you talk to a new character, keep an eye out for a heart icon in the dialogue options. This icon means that you’re able to have a romantic fling with them within the game.

Here are all the love interests you can romance within the game:

  • Lykoan – In Phokis. Complete his quest line!
  • Thaletas – Found in Mykonos. His side quest line needs to be done.
  • Kyra – Mykonos
  • Odessa – Megaris. One of the first ones you’ll encounter.
  • Alkibiades – Main quest as well as his side quests. Starts in Athens.
  • Aikaterine – Found during the main quest.
  • Auxesia – Phokis. Side quest line.
  • Daphnae – Phokis.
  • Eritha – Kythera.
  • Kosta the Blacksmith – Lokris.
  • Mikkos – Can be missed if you’ve already romanced Roxana.
  • Roxana – Found during Drakios’ character’s sidequests.
  • Xenia – Pirate Islands.
  • Zopheras – Lakonia.

How to Romance in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey

You’ll be offered a few different options when you begin to talk to them. The one that leads to a love scene has a heart next to it and it’ll see you be asked to do something for them. It can be anything from finding someone who’s harmed them, to fetching an item. You’ll need to follow their requests if you want to make them a love interest in the game.

Once you get to the end of the quest line, a romantic cutscene will play out. Also, in some cases, you’ll be able to bring the character along with you on your naval journeys.

Some of your romantic companions can even be Legendary tier staffers for your ship, so it’s well-worth satiating your need for companionship in Odyssey. Further than that, though, you’re not treated to more in-depth relationships within the game.
