When Is the Next Sims 4 Sale in 2024?

Still broke till this day.

Still haven’t completed your DLCs for Sims and you don’t have the budget at the moment? Well, you’ve stumbled on the right article since only some players have a complete version of The Sims 4, and I’m not one of them. Chances are you’re asking the same question as me, which is when is the next Sims 4 sale this year?

Next Potential Sims 4 Discount Date

The next Sims 4 sale will likely occur around summer, in August. You should be able to find various discounts on the Sims 4 page. This will include discounts on expansion packs, such as Horse Ranch, Growing Together, and Cottage Living. You can also expect deals on other packs, from Werewolves to Cool Kitchen.

Although a sale will presumably happen in the summer, it could launch at an earlier date, especially with the release of a new Stuff Pack. Promotional events can sometimes occur during these releases, but we won’t know for sure until the pack arrives.

Sales generally showcase discounts with a minimum of 20 percent off and a maximum of 60 percent. These events also feature deals for the beloved Sims 3, specifically for Barnacle Bay, Hidden Springs, and many more.

What Time Of Year Does Sims 4 Go On Sale?

If you want to plan out your Sims 4 experience, you can note down these known sale timeframes:

  • Spring (May)
  • Summer
  • Black Friday
  • Winter (end of December to early January)

EA has hosted many promotional events during Spring, with the most recent sale running for most of May. However, there have been some that have started as early as March. Besides these timeframes, you can shoot for the general sales in the summertime and the holiday season, as this has typically been done for both The Sims 3 and 4.

Of course, there may be other exclusives to look forward to, especially if a new pack or game has been released.

How Long Do Sims 4 Sales Last?

Sims 4 sales typically last a couple of weeks, but this duration can change. Looking at past events, you’ll see that the Winter sale began on Dec. 22 and ended around Jan. 10, solidifying this rough timeframe. Other deals have followed the same formula, so you will have some time to grab those pack goodies during its active period.

That’s everything you need to know on when the next Sims 4 sale is in 2024. For more topics related to Sims 4, check out when the new Lovestruck expansion releases and our fun kits and packs quiz.
