Festival of the Lost (FOTL) has arrived in Destiny 2 after weeks of speculation and debate about when it will take place. On top of brand-new cosmetics, armor, a new sniper rifle, and more, the event has also brought back previous FOTL loot as well. One of which includes last year’s main reward, the Jurassic Green Pulse Rifle. Here’s everything you need to know about how to get the Jurassic Green Pulse Rifle, as well as the God Roll for it in Destiny 2.
How To Get the Jurassic Green Legendary Pulse Rifle in Destiny 2
Currently, only one method in the game can earn players a copy of the Jurassic Green Pulse Rifle, playing the new Haunted Sectors playlist. Players can load the activity up from the tower, where it’s located right next to Eva Levante as shown above.
Upon the successful completion of a Haunted Sector, players have the chance to earn a copy of Jurassic Green. It’s not a guaranteed drop, but it has a high drop chance %, so more often than not, you’ll get one. Players can continuously play the activity until they get the God Roll they want.
What Is The God Roll For Jurassic Green In Destiny 2? Answered
Jurassic Green has always been a conundrum of a weapon since its release in last year’s FOTL. It was neither good nor bad in either PvE or PvP activities, but it was never given the chance to really stand due to its bad perk pool. In 2022 however, Jurassic Green received a new sweep of perks that could very well give it the boost it needs to jump the tier list. The God Roll you’re looking for PvE activities is Perpetual Motion and Incandescent.
Perpetual Motion gives the gun bonus stability, handling, and reload speed while the wielder is in motion, while Incandescent spreads scorch to nearby targets upon defeating them. It’s a great pair to use in high-end PvE activities when dealing with numerous waves of enemies. Think of it as a mini BXR Rifle, for example.
Is Jurassic Green Craftable In Destiny 2? Answered
Unfortunately, no. None of the FOTL weapons are currently able to be crafted in Destiny 2. There has been no mention of the possibility of craftable versions in the future either. This is probably because these holiday events are only around for a limited time.
