Star Citizen developer Cloud Imperium Games released a couple of new videos about the growing space simulator.
The first video showcases the upcoming refining gameplay that will add a further level of depth to mining gameplay and create a bridge with cargo hauling.
We also see the ability to zero your scopes, with options for range finders and automatic zeroing.
The second video showcases the creation of an asset for the persistent universe.
In other Star Citizen news, the crowdfunding total is currently at $
317,541,308 at the moment of this writing, having passed $317 million last week.
The number of registered accounts is also well over 2.8 million (currently at 2,858,302).
As usual, you should keep in mind that it’s known that not all of them are paying players. The number includes free accounts created for a variety of reasons, including free fly events like the one that will start on November 20.
If you want to learn more, we recently got a sizable update on the progress of the single-player campaign Squadron 42.
For the sake of full disclosure, the author of this article has been a Star Citizen backer since the original Kickstarter campaign several years ago, so you should keep that in mind while reading.
