The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III Gets Launch Trailer to Celebrate Long-Awaited Release

Few games have made western fans wait as long as The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III, but at long last, the game is out in the west.

The third chapter of the series launched in Japan all the way back in September 2017, over two years ago.

Yet, fans got to the point of wondering if it’d ever come to North America and Europe due to the long silence about a western localization.

Now, after a change of publisher, NIS America is celebrating the launch with a trailer.

You can watch it below, focusing on both gameplay and cutscenes.

Of course, this doesn’t mean that we’re done with waiting, as the wait for the end of the series, The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel IV now begins.

The final game has already been released in Japan last year, so much so that Falcom has already been teasing what’s next for the franchise. 

There is no telling how long we’ll have to wait to get the fourth game, but at least now we can enjoy the third.
