MyCareer places you in the shoes of Che, an up and coming basketball player that has big aspirations. Just because he may face trials and tribulations in the storyline though, doesn’t mean you necessarily have to when you are playing on the court. Here is everything you need to know about how to change MyCareer difficulty in NBA 2K20.

The first thing you’ll need to know about the difficulty in MyCareer is that it can only be altered after finishing the prelude.

Depending on how much you enjoy the story, this could take you a bit.

Once you’ve gotten through the prelude and are officially an NBA superstar, you’ll have unlocked the Neighborhood.

Through unlocking the Neighborhood, you’ll now have a lot more customization element at your disposal, including difficulty settings.

How to Change MyCareer Difficulty in NBA 2K20

Once inside the Neighborhood social hum, go to your settings. Here, you can cycle through a handful of difficulty options for the MyCareer mode.

One thing you should keep in mind is that’ you’ll actually earn more rewards if you play at a higher difficulty. With this, your player earns multiplyer bonuses that result in more VC earnings that can be used in NBA 2K20.

Now that you are able to enjoy things a bit more, or provide a bit more of a challenge for yourself, your career can finally get going.
