It was announced earlier this month that a PlayStation 4 edition of Dragon’s Crown would be seeing a release in the West under the name Dragon’s Crown Pro. The game will support the PS4 Pro and features enhanced visuals, 4K support, a new soundtrack recorded with a live orchestra, and English and Japanese audio options.
If you’ve got your eye on Dragon’s Crown Pro then you’ll be interested to learn that a Battle-Hardened Edition is set to be released in the West and features extra goodies for fans. This edition includes a metal case for the game and seven collectible skill cards based on the game’s noble classes.
The original Dragon’s Crown released on PlayStation 3 and PS Vita in 2o13. It takes place in the same world as GrimGrimoire and Odin Sphere, and sees up to four players traversing dungeons and labyrinths in search of great riches.
As Gematsu reports, All first print and pre-order copies of Dragon’s Crown Pro will be Battle-Hardened Editions and is available to pre-order now for $49.99. The game is set to be released exclusively on the PS4 on Feb. 8 in Japan and in Spring for the West.
