The primary characters that die in Jujutsu Kaisen 0 are Suguru Geto and Rika Orimoto. However, this version of the character is not the same person we see in the prequel movie since the ancient sorcerer, Kenjaku (Noritoshi Kamo), possessed Suguru’s dead body.

Kenjaku, also known as Pseudo-Geto, reveals how he used a cursed technique that allows him to hop between bodies by switching brains. He also explains that Gojo’s failure to dispose of Suguru’s body is the reason he was able to acquire this new form. Then, in Chapter 134, we discover that the evil sorcerer has possessed other vessels to continue his mission to evolve humans with cursed energy.
