This comes just a few hours before the Ubisoft Forward at E3 2021. It is possible we will see a first look of an official trailer during their presentation, but Nintendo’s website has some basic information about the game.

The description on the official website states that in Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope, we’ll be able to team up with Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach, Rabbid Peach, Rabbid Luigi, and more friends on a galactic journey. In this story, the characters must face a malevolent entity and hope to save their Spark companions.

From the look of the official artwork and description, there seem to be some similarities to Super Mario Galaxy. We see a Rabbid version of Rosalina and even a Rabbid Luma, and it sounds like the adventure will be taking place across many planets throughout the galaxy.

The website description also says that in Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope, we’ll be able to build a team of three heroes from a roster of nine total, take down new bosses while encountering some familiar enemies, rescue Sparks who provide powers that will help in battle, and use both skill and strategy to win.

We’ll update you here if an official trailer is revealed, but until then, you can read more about the game and see official screenshots on Nintendo’s website right here.
