The update will come on April 22, 2021, and it’ll be the last of this season. This doesn’t mean that it’ll be the last overall, as we’ll have to see if there’ll be another season after the current one.

First of all, three new units will be added for free to all civilizations, including the much-requested Trebuchet, the Line Infantry, and the Man-at-Arms.

Naval AI will be improved, and new true start locations for the Mediterranean and for the Huge Map.

On top of that, a lot of existing civilizations will receive tweaks and balance changes.

For all the details, you will need to wait for the patch notes, but you can check out the video below.

This last DLC package of the season was released on March 25 2021. Like all recent DLC packages and updates, the newest free update will be made available simultaneously on all platforms including PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.

Proud weeb hailing from sunny (not as much as people think) Italy and long-standing gamer since the age of Mattel Intellivision and Sinclair ZX Spectrum. Definitely a multi-platform gamer, he still holds the old dear PC nearest to his heart, while not disregarding any console on the market. RPGs (of any nationality), MMORPGs, and visual novels are his daily bread, but he enjoys almost every other genre, prominently racing simulators, action and sandbox games. He is also one of the few surviving fans on Earth of the flight simulator genre.
