During the panel, we learned that the mobile game, which is part of a cross-media project also including anime and concerts, will be released in English, even if no release dates were revealed.

The Japanese version of the game was revealed back in February, focusing on several groups of idol DJs named Happy Around!, Peaky P-Key, Photon Maiden, Merm4id, Rondo, and Lyrical Lily.

You can see the whole cast of D4DJ Groovy Mix portrayed below.

D4DJ Groovy Mix includes rhythm gameplay and a story mode and the characters are animated with the omnipresent Live2D animation engine.

If the name Bushiroad doesn’t ring a bell, Bushiroad is mostly known in the west for its idol game BanG Dream!

Speaking of BanG Dream! itself, a second Hatsune Miku collaboration will launch in the game at the end of July including “Mechanical Clown,” a new cover song by Pastel*Palettes.

All four Hatsune Miku collaboration songs will have their music videos added to the game, whole live costumes will be distributed as login bonuses.

The event will start on July 31 and end on August 15. On top of that, we also get a small tease of another future event, which you can see together with the presentation slides below.
