According to Gamesindustry‘s report of the chart, Nintendo’s cutesy game beats FIFA 20 back to the top with a 53% increase in sale week-over-week.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare completes the top-three followed by Ring Fit Adventure, which is obviously rather suitable for times of quarantine. Its sales increased by 95% week-over-week.

The Final Fantasy VII Remake dropped down to the eighth place with its sales declining by 50% week-over-week, while Trials of Mana didn’t quite make the top-10, ranking 16th with 61% of sales on the Switch and 39% on PS4. Do keep in mind that GFK only tracks physical sales, so PC copies aren’t counted.

Below you can take a look at the top-10 chart. If you’re interested in Animal Crossing: New Horizon, it’s available exclusively for Nintendo Switch and you can check out our review.

Proud weeb hailing from sunny (not as much as people think) Italy and long-standing gamer since the age of Mattel Intellivision and Sinclair ZX Spectrum. Definitely a multi-platform gamer, he still holds the old dear PC nearest to his heart, while not disregarding any console on the market. RPGs (of any nationality), MMORPGs, and visual novels are his daily bread, but he enjoys almost every other genre, prominently racing simulators, action and sandbox games. He is also one of the few surviving fans on Earth of the flight simulator genre.
