Today Muv-Luv creator Kouki Yoshimune hosted âge’s weekly livestream, and he detailed another image board of the upcoming Alternative sequel Muv-Luv: Integrate.

The image board is the one you see above (you can find a version that can be enlarged below), featuring a few well-known heroines from various Muv-Luv games.

Turns out that my analysis of the same image from a few months ago was correct, but of course, Yoshimune-san provided a lot more details (reported by Famitsu). As usual, this shows just how much thought he puts into every little detail of his games.

The TSF in the back are mass-produced EF-2000 Typhoon. The time period in which the game is set can be inferred by the fact that 5th generation TSF are regularly on the front-line, even if Yoshimune-san mentioned that it could be scaled back to the 4th generation.

For reference, in Muv-Luv: Alternative the 3rd generation is pretty much the top of the line including TSF like the Shiranui, the Takemikazuchi, the Raptor and so forth.

The blonde lady in the middle is Fikatsia Latrova from Muv-Luv alternative, wearing the same black Jacket that Marimo Jinguji and her unit wear in Muv-Luv Unlimited: The Day After.

Akane Suzumiya in the middle wears a version (different color) of the Jacket worn by Yuya Bridges in Muv Luv Alternative: Total Eclipse. It also displays the emblem of the Isumi Valkyries.

Fikatsia and Akane belong to the same army, and next to Fikatsia we can see Gretel Jeckeln from Schwarzesmarken.

Gretel herself wears a trench coat which indicates her being a civilian or former military personnel. It can be inferred that she is in a position to work with military units in some capacity, that being said, she also has a status that allows her to wear pumps aboard a carrier.

She looks like she’s basically in the middle between two opposing organizations, and she gives an imopression of neutrality. You can see how she has grown from Schwarzesmarken in which she acts in a very emotional way.

An important detail stressed by Yoshimune-san is that her hands are in her pockets. Why she doesn’t show them? This is reminiscent of a certain person in Muv-Luv.

As explained in our recent interview with Yoshimune-san, Fikatsia and Gretel are in her fifties.

As TSF pilots, they eat (or ate, in Gretel’s case) synthetic food with supplements that prevent cell deterioration, so they age more slowly than other humans.

Akane is grabbing the collar of the uniform of a higher-ranked officer (Ilfriede von Feulner from Muv-Luv Alternative Chronicles Adoration). She doesn’t have her ahoge (the wild strand of hair at the top that many characters from Japanese games and anime have) and ribbon, which she still had in the 10th-anniversary trailer. Ilfriede also isn’t wearing her red ribbon. What does this mean?

Lastly, Ilfriede is wearing a different United Nations uniform, but you can see that there is no mention of Alternative plans in the emblem.

Moving on from Integrate, Yoshimune-san also introduced the Valentine’s Day artwork revealed today on âge’s official site.

The character displayed is named Lux and she is an anthropomorphized laser-class BETA. She’ll be on the site for about a week andif you look at her for a few seconds “something” will happen.

You can watch the full livestream at the bottom of the post.
