Today Square Enix reached out with a press release to reveal a few retailer exclusive pre-order bonuses for the Final Fantasy VII Remake.
Luckily, all of them are physical bonuses or otherwise not directly related to game content, so you’re not missing anything in the game itself regardless of where you pre-order.
Best Buy will grant you a canvas pouch and metallic stickers but only in bundle with the Deluxe Edition.
The standard edition at Walmart has three double-sided art cards.
Lastly, Amazon provides a PS4 dynamic theme featuring Sephiroth.
If you’d like to see and learn more about the game, you can check out the latest trailer from yesterday, some wallpapers and avatars showcasing Cloud, more starring Barret, the latest gallery of screenshots, a few recent videos, a couple more clips, a charming TV commercal mixing live-action and a nostalgic feel, the latest trailer, the western box art for the game, plenty more beautiful screrenshots, and recent gameplay with the reveal of the Classic Mode.
The first game of the Final Fantasy VII Remake will launch on PS4 on March 3, 2020.
No other platforms have been announced so far, but recently a new North American cover was revealed by Square Enix showcasing a mention that the game will be exclusive for a year, until March 3, 2021.
It’s likely that it’ll appear on other platforms after that deadline has expired.
