For this one, you’re going to want to head to the very northwest corner of the map. In particular, you’ll want to make your way to the very front of this location, just to the west of the Reboot Van parked right outside.
Here, you should see a stack of cars and trucks, which looks oddly similar to that depicted in the week 3 loading screen.
