Nintendo is preparing to unleash the super-cute Yoshi’s Crafted World onto the Switch fanbase around the world, and today they released an extensive gameplay trailer.
The video showcases the mechanics of the game, including platforming, floating, throwing eggs to open new paths and much more.
Yoshi can also carry items in his mouth in order to use them somewhere else. We even get to use vehicles like planes, cars, and even giant robots. Everything is excruciatingly cute, as you would expect from this kind of game.
We get to see co-op gameplay via sharing the Joy-Cons, and some of the many secret areas that will yield bonus coins. There are plenty of mechanics to add variety to the gameplay.
At the end of the trailer, we also get to see the game’s amiibo support, which will let you unlock special costumes for Yoshi. There is a whole lot to see, even if the trailer is available only in Japanese for the moment. That being said, it’s still pretty easy to understand.
You can check out the trailer below. If you want to see more, you can also enjoy an earlier trailer.
Yoshi’s Crafted World will release on March 29, exclusively for Nintendo Switch.
