Enter the Anvil Aerospace Arrow, a light fighter with big guns and very little in terms of passive defense balanced by the best agility in its class. Did I mention that it looks really sweet?

Not only the Arrow was revealed with a new trailer and images that you can enjoy below, but it’s also already available. As far as Star Citizen ships go, it isn’t too costly, starting at $79.

If you don’t want to spend the equivalent of a special edition of a game on a single ship without trying it, this nimble fighter that punches above its weight is also available to test for free for the whole week of the Free Flight Event, until November 30th. You can find it at the Anniversary expo center in Hurston.

If you’re unfamiliar with Star Citizen, it’s a space simulator split into an online persistent universe and a single-player cinematic game titled Squadron 42. It’s currently in alpha stafe for PC and it has received over 200 million dollars in crowdfunding. At the moment the final release date is still unknown.

Incidentally, for the sake of full disclosure, the author of this article is one of the backers of the game, since the very beginning.
