A New PSVR Bundle Is Coming in Time for the Holidays

PlayStation VR, PSVR

You may have missed out on the PSVR deals from the holiday weekend, but PlayStation is doing their best to make sure that you don’t walk away empty-handed this holiday season if you have the VR unit on your wishlist.

In a PlayStation blog post from earlier today, a new PSVR bundle that’s set for release on Dec. 14 was announced. The bundle is going to include two VR games: Borderlands 2 VR, which is set for wide release on the same day, and Beat Saber, which came out just one week ago.

Borderlands 2 VR is just what it sounds like: a VR version of Borderlands 2, with a few added features that make for a smoother VR experience. Beat Saber, on the other hand, is a VR rhythm game where the player uses a pair of PlayStation move controllers to slash beats as they come flying at you, all built from the ground up for VR.

You’re probably thinking, “but I don’t have PlayStation move controllers or a Camera!” PlayStation thought of that too; along with the two video games and the VR unit, the bundle also includes a PlayStation Camera and two PlayStation Move controllers, all for $349.99 USD.

With this bundle, and the extensive library of great games available on PSVR right now, there’s no better time to jump into the PSVR platform than this holiday season.
