Sega Has Announced the Release Date for Sonic Forces as Well as a Bonus Edition

Those controller skins look awesome.

Sega has been on a roll with Sonic the Hedgehog this year with Sonic Mania releasing earlier this month to positive reception and Sonic Forces coming out later this year. Today, Sega has announced the release date for Sonic Forces, which will be launching on November 7; the company also announced a limited bonus edition that comes with a Sonic-themed controller skin and in-game outfits available for your character.

The Sega/Atlus Pack is available for pre-order starting today for the price of $39.99 and the in-game items will feature clothing from other franchises like Jet Set Radio, Persona 5, Super Monkey Ball, and NiGHTS.

Sonic Forces will feature modern 3D Sonic gameplay as well as classic 2D platforming; the game also has a customization option that lets you create your own hero character to play as. Sonic Forces launches for PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC on November 7 in North America and Europe.
