The trailer was first shown at EA’s FIFA Ultimate Team Live event at Gamescom 2016. It starts by focusing on cover star Marco Reus, who later appeared on stage, and then turns into a montage of tricks, shots, and celebrations, all of which were created from in-game footage. You can see the trailer below.

Now that it is running in Frostbite, FIFA looks even better with the players looking more realistic and movement looking more natural. It will be be interesting to see how different the finished game looks in the new engine.

The FUT Live event also saw the reveal of new Ultimate Team modes as well as new Legend cards and a new pack opening animation.

FIFA 17 will be available on the usual platforms on September 29, 2016.
