Apparently, someone managed to snag an early copy of Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition and showcased some of the game’s new content.

As shown in a video by reddit user junkington, Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition allows users to display the frame advantage setting in Training Mode. For those unaware, frame advantage shows a comparison of the recovery time between two players after a blocked attack, which is extremely helpful for testing block-strings to determine which attacks can be punished. Junkington also took to Reddit to reveal a few new features, including a battle replay and rematch option during VS mode.

Based on the Reddit discussion, junkington secured a brand new physical copy of the game with no special artwork of Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition, but the disc already came preloaded with Arcade Edition’s content. Presumably, abstaining from going online and downloading the initial patch will allow some players who secure a brand new copy to play the unreleased build ahead of Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition’s Jan. 16, 2017 release date. This edition comes with all the first two seasons of characters and includes a slew of additional features, including new V-Triggers.
