Steam’s Lunar New Year Sale Is Now Live With Choose Your Own Adventure Deals

The Lunar New Year is right around the corner. What better way to celebrate the occasion than buying a lot of cheap games on Steam?

Steam usually plans sales around major holidays, but this is the first Lunar New Year sale in the history of the service. As always, there will be deep discounts on lots of PC games until the sale ends on Feb. 12 at 10 a.m. PST. Here are the deals featured on the front page today.

• XCOM: Enemy Unknown Complete Pack – $9.99
• Warhammer: End Times – Vermintide – $23.99

Steam will no longer do limited-time flash sales, so start searching through your wishlist to see what’s been discounted.

The Lunar New Year Sale also includes a choose your own adventure game that can be started from the main store page. Each choice links you to a page full of related games. For example, if you choose to side with ninjas in a fight, Steam will link you to a page of games with ninjas in them.

There’s plenty of games to pick up during this sale. Go forth and make your impossibly large game backlog even larger.
