The Steam Winter Sale is upon us, just in time for the holidays. If you’re still trying to figure out the perfect gift for that special someone in your life who also happens to love games, then you should be able to find plenty of good choices here. Games like Assassin’s Creed Origins, Inside, Vanquish, Astroneer, and Watch Dogs 2 are up for grabs for up to 75% off, but there are so many games on sale that it might be hard for you to choose just a handful to spend that hard-earned cash on. So if you’re having trouble deciding, check out the voting processes for The Steam Awards, which lets you vote as part of a different category every day. The first award is “Choices Matter,” which rounds up games like The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, Divinity: Original Sin 2, Life is Strange: Before the Storm, Dishonored 2, and The Walking Dead: A New Frontier for players to cast their ballots on. Which one has the best selection of choices? You decide. You can come back every day for the next two weeks and find out what game took home which award on Jan. 3. The Steam Winter Sale will run until Jan. 4, so if you need to wait on some cash or really still have zero idea on what to buy for those special loved ones in your life, you can wait until a little past the holidays and maybe do some reconnaissance in the meantime and snoop on some Steam wish lists. This sale is a hefty one, just like all the rest of the Steam sales throughout the year, so you’ll probably come away with some games you’re looking to forward to owning, as well.
