With E3 nearly here, fans are looking for the best possible ways to watch the upcoming convention. While some have the chance to attend in person, others have to turn to methods like streaming to catch up on all the latest info. Sony has announced that the 2017 PlayStation E3 Experience will be live in select theaters on June 12 for those that want to go that route.
A new post on the PlayStation blog invites players to watch the upcoming event in over 85 theaters across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. Incidentally, those who choose to watch the 2017 PlayStation E3 Experience in cinemas will be given an exclusive poster, #76 from the PlayStation Collectible Card series, and a digital gift basket filled with “goodies” from the PlayStation Store. The only way to earn these exclusive items is to attend, so fans should get their tickets as soon as possible if they are interested in that.
Tickets will be absolutely free and can be claimed via playstation.com/E3experience starting Tuesday, May 30th at 10:00 AM PT. Keep note that passes will only be available until supplies last.
However, it is worth pointing out that having a ticket does not guarantee a spot. Attendees will be seated on a first-come, first-served basis up until the theater reaches full capacity. Those who will go must be at least 17 years old and will require an ID providing age upon entry.
