Nintendo may not have had a massive presence at this year’s E3, but no one could deny that what they showed of their upcoming Zelda game, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, was simply breathtaking (no pun intended).

We saw the game in action and many were blown away by just how ambitious the new game is. It looks like we humble gamers weren’t the only ones impressed, as Breath of the Wild has since been awarded three Best of E3 Critics Game Awards, including the highly coveted title of Best of Show.

Breath of the Wild has been awarded the titles of Best of Show, Best Console Game, and Best Action/Adventure Game. Nintendo’s upcoming title walked away with more awards than any other nominees.

Other winners included Horizon: Zero Dawn for Best Original Game, Final Fantasy XV for Best Role Playing Game, and Forza Horizon 3 for Best Racing Game. You can check out the full list of winners on the Game Critics Awards site.

As if we couldn’t be anymore excited for this game! The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is due to be released sometime in 2017 for the Wii U and the NX.
