Bandai Namco has released a new trailer for Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 for TGS 2016. The trailer details the game’s story, as well as customization and multiplayer details.
Announced originally back in May this year, Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 will build on the template set out by the first game – which Bandai Namco have stated reached worldwide sales of 3.13 million units back in February. The game will once again allow character creation for players, and the freedom to explore the world alongside allies in order to fight to restore balance to the Dragon Ball timeline.

Upon the announcement Hervé Hoerdt, VP of Marketing & Digital at Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe, said:
“As the franchise is celebrating its 30th Anniversary, Dragon Ball games are a fan-favorite within Bandai Namco Entertainment’s huge videogame portfolio and Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 will surely build upon that illustrious legacy. The first Dragon Ball Xenoverse game was a massive success and allowed millions of players to fulfill one of their dreams: have their own avatar and character in the Dragon Ball universe! With Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, we’re working closely with the team at Dimps to push this experience to new heights.”
