Overwatch’s competitive seasons have become rather lengthy as of late, and Blizzard has just announced that season 4 will be coming to a close on May 28. The fifth season will start up very soon after that, on May 31, right smack in the middle of the upcoming Anniversary Event. Those who participated in season 4 (and completed your placement matches) will be eligible for the following rewards:

SR 2000-2499 (Gold): 400 CP

SR 3000-3499 (Diamond): 1200 CP
SR 3500-3999 (Master): 2000 CP
SR 4000-5000 (Grandmaster): 3000 CP

As always, if you made it into the Top 500 tier, you’ll also received a special animated spray that you can show off to your competitors. For the rest of us mortals, we’ll have to make do with competitive points, which can be used for buying golden weapons for our favorite heroes. All participants will also receive a regular spray and icon. I know, it’s pretty underwhelming.

Overwatch is now available on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The game’s Anniversary Event is set to kick off this Tuesday.
