star trek resurgence

Star Trek Resurgence Revealed, Coming to PlayStation, Xbox, and PC Spring 2022

Earlier today at The Game Awards 2021, the game Star Trek Resurgence was revealed in a short trailer that was just over one minute long. The video focuses on two different characters, switching back and forth between them a few times.

The reveal shows off space walks, video calls, and the choice system that former Telltale devs, Dramatic Labs, are known for. Along with those glimpses, we see multiple alien races that make the world of Star Trek such a rich and interesting world to get into.

Near the end of the Star Trek Resurgence trailer, we see one of the most well-known Star Trek characters, Spock. The design for the game is a spitting image of Leonard Nimoy’s original portrayal of the beloved character.

And the last big reveal of the trailer shows off the radically different design for the starship USS Enterprise. The two propulsion units are affixed downwards from the impulse power unit. It’s a slightly different look than the traditional Enterprise, but it’s still one of the most recognizable starships from any Sci-Fi media.
