Ubisoft’s first quarter sales report for the year of 2018-2019 has been released to the public and according to the company’s release schedule for the second quarter (July-September), South Park: The Stick of Truth will be heading to the Nintendo Switch. Unfortunately, it seems that Obsidian’s RPG will only be available digitally off of the Nintendo eShop.

South Park: The Fractured but Whole has already been ported to Nintendo’s hybrid console, but we have yet to hear any news of the original RPG coming to Switch, until now. Originally releasing way back in 2014 for PC, PS3, and Xbox 360, Stick of Truth is a turn-based RPG heavily based on the popular animated series created by Trey Parker and Matt Stone, who both were very involved in the game’s production since its inception in 2009, even writing the script for Obsidian Entertainment – the dev team behind the title.

For those that own the season pass for South Park: The Fractured but Whole will also be to enjoy some new downloadable content titled “Bring the Crunch” which will introduce a new story and a brand-new superhero class to play around with. You’ll be able to purchase it for $11.99 once it launches sometime in Ubisoft’s third quarter.
