Sony’s PlayStation showcase at Paris Games Week did not only show off titles that are exclusive to the platform. We were also treated to a new trailer from Ubisoft for Far Cry 5.
It began by showing us Hope Country and the beauty of the game’s world and then moved on to exploring the co-operative action. You will be able to join up with a friend to take on enemies, hunt for wildlife, drive the wide array of vehicles, and explore the world. You will also be able to share all of the game’s missions with another player, working together to complete the objective. That is a departure from Far Cry 4’s multiplayer offering, which only became available once you progressed through a portion of the game. You can see the trailer, featuring all the co-op action, below.
Far Cry 5 will come to PlayStation 4 on Feb. 27, 2018.
