It’s finally the day that we’ve all been waiting for. Well, no, today is not the launch day for Red Dead Redemption 2, however, the reviews are out today which is something to be excited about, right?
Well, hear this if that doesn’t tickle your pickle: looking at Metacritic’s roundup of scores from all of the media outlets out there in the wild, including ours, it turns out that Rockstar’s open-world cowboy adventure is now the highest-rated game of this entire generation; it even beat The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild by one measly point. The Xbox One version is sitting high and mighty at a score of 98 with the PS4 version at 97.
After being in development for eight years time, Red Dead 2 is now in the same category as other remarkable video games such as Super Mario Galaxy, Ocarina of Time, and Rockstar-developed Grand Theft Auto IV.
