In the trailer, which you can watch below, you can see that there will be Galarian forms of existing Pokemon, similar to the Alolan forms that were present in Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon.

We get to see a new form of Weezing that looks to be wearing a top hat of some sort and is now a Poison/Fairy-type in the Galar region.

There’s also an adorable silver/black-colored Galarian form of Zigzagoon and Linoone as well as its brand-new evolution Obstagoon.

We also get a look at new form-changing Pokemon named Morpeko that can change from Full Belly Mode to Hangry Mode by way of a move called Aura Wheel; using this changes its appearance and its typing.

Some new rivals will be coming to Sword and Shield as well. We get a look at an older gentleman named Bede and a dark-haired girl named Marnie who has a rabid fanbase that goes by the name of Team Yell. You can watch the trailer in its entirety down below.

Pokemon Sword and Shield release on the Switch on Nov. 15, 2019.

If you missed it, you can watch the last trailer right here that shows off the new Galar region and the new pair of legendary Pokemon, Zacian and Zamazenta. There’s also a new Pokemon-themed Switch Lite coming soon that’s coming out just in time for the holidays if you missed the news.
