The trailer, which is airing in Japanese movie theaters, showcases plenty of elements of the game in just over a minute of colorful footage.

This includes the classic capture of your favorite pokemon in the wild, battles against random trainers you meet on the road and in pokemon gyms, and the new gigantamax feature.

Speaking of characters, the video includes both the male and female versions of the protagonist, a very brief look at Leon, and everyone’s favorite new gym leader Nessa.

Of course, it ends with the new cover pokemon, Zacian and Zamazenta.

You can check it all out below, and see if it entices you to get on board with this brand new mainline pokemon when it releases toward the end of the year.

If you want to see more, you can enjoy the previous trailer that introduced gigantamaxing and new characters, and a recent batch of artwork focusing on the same topics. The game will also get its own custom Nintendo Switch lite, with a specific Pokemon inspired livery.

Pokemon Sword & Shield releases on November 15, 2019, exclusively for Nintendo switch.
