The app starts off introducing you to Professor Willow, which continues the tradition of tree based names for the professors. The app also alerts users to be aware of what’s going on around them and “to be alert at all times.” Even before the app was released in United States, there was plenty of news being generated by it, such as the microtransactions and people throwing their phones.
As of this article, the only regions to have Pokemon GO is the United States, New Zealand and Australia. There has been no word on when other countries will get the app.
Pokémon GO launched in U.S, the company says. Now in U.S., New Zealand, and Australia / Pokémon GO、アメリカでサービス開始。会社発表。
