Now that you’ve finally gotten your hands on Sony’s new PlayStation VR headset, you’ll be eager to try it out with as many different experiences as you can get your hands on. Luckily, there’s a demo disc in the box with the PSVR headset. Unfortunately, it requires a pretty big update.

Yes, even 2016’s demo discs can’t escape the inevitable day-one updates that just about every game now gets. For you to be able to experience everything that comes on the demo disc, you’ll need to first download a 6GB patch.

What this is for? We’re not entirely sure. After all, we could still ignore the update and just launch the application without applying it anyway. We didn’t suffer any major issues other than a few of the demos still installing to the system. Other than that, everything seemed perfectly fine.
